Scheduled Maintenance: AMD Server Network SN7
Hello, just a heads up, our AMD Server Network is going for scheduled maintenance to optimize the performance and security of the new network. Our team is committed to provide the best possible service to our customers, and over the past few months we have gather enough data to start optimizing the new network. This is just like the time where we upgrade our Primary Server Network SN1. We expect the network to return to operation in less than 3 hours.
When Is It?
On August 20th, 2020 at 8AM UTC to 11 AM UTC. About 3 hours or less.
Affected Services
The entire AMD Server Network designated SN7 will be taken offline for this maintenance. All system based on that network will be down during the maintenance. This includes the following:
- Anthonian Plesk Network
- HAIL IGA Vault
- Anthonian Project Management
- Anthonian Development
- CoolTimer
- CovidResistance.Network
What's The Impact?
The major impact to our customers are the HAIL IGA Vault that contains all the static resources powering all our customers’ services. Going offline may result broken services to our customers.
Rest assured that our caching protocol will still allow the static resources to load over our CDN. The Imperial Anthonian has also taken measures to ensure the static resources are continuously available during the maintenance.
However, while all resources are expected to serve, there may be slight service disruptions to your services. Please keep in mind that our team will be monitoring for any disruptions during the maintenance.
