    Proposal & Contract

    We will send you a proposal for you to review and a contract to approve, or if you requested, an escrow contract. The initial payment is due on contract sign.

    Onboarding, Hop On!

    We’ll get you onboard with our approach, details and the project management system, or the escrow management system

    Project Started

    Great news! We will be working on your project now, be sure stay tuned for updates in the project management system. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

    Review & Approval

    We will send you the samples for you to review and approve, the detailed process will be explained in the onboarding process. You can either approve or request a revision (we want to make sure you are happy with the work, feel free to request unlimited revisions if there is something you’d like to change).

    You’re All Set! But we’re not done yet

    Once you have approved all the items listed in the proposal/contract, your project is completed. We will be handling all the contents and stuff over to you. As always, you have the commercial rights to everything we’ve provided to you. This might be the end of the project, but it sure isn’t the end of our partnership

    Trainings

    All of our clients will receive free training materials (usually a video course on Camp Anthonio) that will help with daily operations and more. We know not everyone is a magician that will instantly figured out how to work things around.

    Ongoing Support

    Unlike many agencies, we don’t throw our clients aside just because the work is finished, we offer free forever basic support for all our clients in case you need assistance in the future. We also offers premium support services, a quote is included in the proposal, just making sure you’re ready for anything.
